- Eat healthy and balanced nutritious meals at least three times a day. You should include more carbohydrates in your diet. Avoid skipping meals and especially your breakfast.
- Ensure to maintain a stable blood sugar. Ensure that you have a gap of five hours between your meals or snacks.
- Drink plenty of water through the day. The minimum intake should not be less than eight glasses of purified warm water. Such practice will help you keep fresh and hydrated at all times.
